recently i discovered a great etsy seller named jenya. once i regained my cool over what an awesomely hip name she had, i checked out her stores…
EvaForeva and forEvaMore
and what was my second cool discovery about jenya, after her fantastic name? i discovered that she donates $1 from every sale from EvaForeva to Polaris Project. As described on the store’s website, Polaris Project is “one of the largest organizations in the United States with comprehensive approach to combating human trafficking by conducting direct outreach and victim identification, providing social services and transitional housing to victims, operating the central national hotline on human trafficking, advocating for stronger state and Federal anti-trafficking legislation, and engaging community members in local and national grassroots efforts. how great is that? you can look hip and help an immensely important cause at the same time.

This one features a vintage sky blue lace that makes a beautiful accent to the color of the neckwarmer. As all of my huge neckwarmers, it’s very wide to keep your back warm.

Izzy, Cashmere Flower Pin Upcycled from 100% cashmere, it has been cut by hand and the edges of each part has been serged using invisible thread. Then, it’s been assembled using, again, invisible thread (not the easiest to work with but you virtually can’t see it) and a brooch pin had been attached to the back. You can attach it to whatever you want – your favorite headband, clothing, hat, hand cuff, purse… Colors from bottom up: purple, lilac, lilac
Galya, Cashmere Flower Ponytail Headband Upcycled from 100% cashmere, it had been cut by hand and the edges of each part had been serged using invisible thread. Then, it’s been assembled using, again, invisible thread (not the easiest to work with but you virtually can’t see it) and attached to the black ponytail headband.
