michelle obama has got it goin’ on.

(click a pic above, then click the pic on the new page, to enlarge.)

it isn’t easy when all eyes are upon you. and when you’re the first african-american first lady, everything about you is political, even your hair. now this is a style blog, not a political blog, but if you want to check out an interesting read about the political meaning of michelle obama’s ‘do, click here.

so back to style — michelle has got it. millions of words have been written about her fashion sense, and although most of it has been strongly positive, some (largely from the old guard of “high” fashion) has been negative in a somewhat self-serving way. (she would look much better in my designs, dahling…) so she’s a fashion icon and a bit of a fashion rebel. go michelle. =)

so now to her hair. subtle changes in her day look can make a big difference, as you can see in the array above. and when she goes formal, well, she can really knock you out with a classic updo.

and just think - the days of First Lady Obama have just begun.

ciao!

Art Glatze Says:

Definetly, the question of the Michelle Obama ideas about music is in reality a burning question. Her thinking is worthy contribution to this modern spreading of music art. We have to look at it in depth. Although I do not fit in with all aspects of Michelle Obama, but all in all I am agreeing to this up-to-date use of pop music. I am looking forward to next development from Michelle, which hopefully brings some more music.
